The unique features of the Yalos Murano products are given by working the glass by hand, therefore it is obvious that other products cannot be added or integrated after the sale without there being slight differences in colour, weight and decoration. In fact, the minimum difference between the temperature for melting the glass and the outside temperature during all the production phases can create endless variations. The company undertakes however to maintain the highest quality standards for all the products in the catalogue.

All deliveries are made by express courier by 1 to 3 working days after evading the order, effective from Monday to Friday.

If the delivery times given in the site cannot be respected due to the product being out of stock, an email will be sent to the customer.

Invoice
When the courier delivers the products, the customer must check:

That the number of delivered parcels corresponds to the waybill.

That the packaging and personalised adhesive tape is not damaged, wet or tampered with.

Any damaged parcels or which do not correspond to the indications must be immediately notified to the courier on delivery, writing “Accepted under protest” on the waybill and then notified to the company within two days as follows:
a) Via email filling in the form in the “Contact us” section of our “Help” section in our website.
Even if the packaging is undamaged, check the products inside within one day from receipt and any problems must be notified to the company as explained above.
Any notifications after the aforesaid terms will not be considered. The customer takes full responsibility for any declarations that he or she issues. Once the courier’s delivery document has been signed, the customer may make no further claims regarding the external state of the delivered products.
La vendita di prodotti tramite il sito internet www.yalosmurano.it e’ soggetta al Decreto Legislativo n.185 del 22/5/19991, relativo alla protezione dei consumatori in materia di contratti a distanza, che prevede la possibilità da parte dell’acquirente di esercitare il Diritto di Recesso.

Entro 48 ore dal ricevimento della raccomandata FerroMurano invierà tramite e-mail un’ “Autorizzazione alla Restituzione” ed il rispettivo “Codice di RECESSO”, con il quale si può procedere alla restituzione del materiale e che dovrà essere riportato sull’imballo e sul documento di accompagnamento.
L’invio dei suddetti prodotti, tramite corriere, deve avere il seguente indirizzo di destinazione: FerroMurano Srl, Fondamenta dei Battuti 4, 30141 Murano Venezia Italia. I Prodotti dovranno essere imballati accuratamente in modo da preservarne gli involucri originali; la merce che non segue le suddette indicazioni, può essere respinta.
Entro 30 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento dei prodotti, FerroMurano provvederà ad effettuare l’accredito al cliente dell’importo indicato in fattura relativo ai soli prodotti e dunque epurato dei costi aggiuntivi.

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions for using the site, the name Ferro Murano also includes the name Yalos Murano.

The site contains the information about the products and sales promotions offered by Ferro Murano.
Ferro Murano will do everything that is reasonably possible to ensure that the site contents are always exact and up to date.
The prices given in the site refer to the Ferro Murano pricelist, and may differ from those offered by the Ferro Murano authorised retailers.

Further to requesting and obtaining authorisation from the user, the personal data may be processed by Ferro Murano for marketing, market research, after-sales services and/or sales data analysis purposes.
In this case the personal data may also be processed by the assignees and data processing operators appointed by Ferro Murano.
In the case the person concerned has granted authorisation for the aforesaid marketing purposes, the user may exercise the rights as given in article 1 at any time.
1. Sales Terms and Conditions
1.1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as given herein constitutes a Contract between the customer and Ferro Murano Srl, for the sale of the products listed in the online catalogue in the site www.yalosmurano.it.
1.2. Pursuant to art. 4(1) of Legislative Decree n. 185/99, to receive confirmation of the viewed data you should print or save a copy of these pages and the order.

2.2 To place an order, fill in the “Online Trolley” following the instructions that you are given.
2.3 The prices given in the online pricelist include VAT at 21%. Products that have been selected or put in the “Trolley” are shown with the unit price, the total price and the total amount including VAT in Euros.
2.3 Ferro Murano products are offered to both consumers and other users. Consumers are those who buy the products in the site exclusively for personal reasons and not for the purpose of any business or profession they conduct, in compliance with Legislative Decree n. 206 of 6th September 2005 (“Consumer Code”).
For the purpose of these General Terms and Conditions, a Consumer is not a person who, when buying a product or service, expressly states in the mask for inputting personal data that he or she belongs to the category of “Companies, Boards, Professionals holding VAT codes”, and who input their VAT code.
If express reference is not made to the Consumer category, the dispositions of the General and Special Terms and Conditions are applied equally to all the users who buy products/services through the site (“Customers”).

4.1 Deliveries are made to the countries listed in the online shop dropdown menu.

Generally the customer has no right to damage or compensation, and there are no responsibilities provided for in the contract or out of the contract for direct or indirect damage to people and property due to the use or failure to use the products.

Ferro Murano may change the General Terms and Conditions without prior notice. These changes will come into force on the date they are published in the site. Orders sent to Ferro Murano before the date the changes are published will be subject to the General Terms and Conditions in force at the time the sale contract was concluded.
6. Withdrawal
6.1. The product sales in the website www.yalosmurano.it are subject to Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/5/1991, relative to protecting consumer rights for remote sales, which enable the customer to exercise the Right to Withdrawal.
6.2. The Right to Withdrawal applies to all consumers, i.e. physical subjects who do not act for professional or business reasons. The right to withdrawal is not applied to purchases by any retailers or businesses.
6.3. Without having to justify the reason, a consumer may return the products to the vendor within 10 working days from the date they are received.
The consumer will have the costs for the products refunded, but not the delivery costs and return transport costs, which are the customer’s responsibility.
6.4. Method to exercise the right to withdrawal:
Within the term of 10 days from the date the products are received, a written and signed notification must be sent expressing the wish to exercise the right to withdrawal. The notification must be sent by registered letter with proof of receipt to Ferro Murano Srl, Fondamenta dei Battuti 4, 30141 Murano, Venice, Italy, giving details of the order number and date.
Within 48 hours from receiving the aforesaid registered letter, Ferro Murano will send an email with the “Return Authorisation” and the respective “Withdrawal Code”, which may be used to return the products and must be clearly marked on the packaging and accompanying documents.
The products must be sent by courier to the following address: Ferro Murano Srl, Fondamenta dei Battuti 4, 30141 Murano, Venice, Italy. The products must be carefully packed so as to protect the original packaging. Any products that are returned without complying with these instructions may be refused.
Within 30 working days from receiving the products, Ferro Murano will credit the amount shown in the invoice relative to the returned products and deducting any additional costs.
7. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
7.1. This Contract is governed by the Law of Italy.
7.2. Any disputes will be deferred exclusively to the Court of Venice.
