Standard shipment

Italy: the delivery terms from the date of payment are between 10 and 20 working days.

All deliveries are made by express courier by 1 to 3 working days after evading the order, effective from Monday to Friday.

Give an address where the products can be received, ensuring there is somebody present who can accept the delivery, i.e. a house with a porter, an office, shop, etc.

If the delivery times given in the site cannot be respected due to the product being out of stock, an email will be sent to the customer.

 

EU

Courier: DHL or UPS

The delivery terms from the date of payment are between 10 and 20 working days.

The deliveries will be made by 5 to 7 working days after evading the order, effective from Monday to Friday.

All deliveries are by express courier. Give an address where the delivery can be received, ensuring there is somebody present who can accept the products, i.e. a house with a porter, an office, shop, etc.

If the delivery times given in the site cannot be respected due to the product being out of stock, an email will be sent to the customer.



Packaging: We use packaging to protect the products against damage. The customer is always covered in the case of damage.

For any other countries, the shipment is calculated on the basis of the order.


Shipment is FREE OF CHARGE for orders above 500.00 Euros for Italy and 700.00 Euros for other EU Countries.

 

CHECKING YOUR SHIPMENT

You can check the progress of your shipment as follows:

  • Click on “your data” (at the bottom of all the pages) and then select “Order progress”.

 

Note:

Each shipment includes the following documentation:

  • Invoice

When the courier delivers the products, the customer must check:

  • That the number of delivered parcels corresponds to the waybill.

  • That the packaging and personalised adhesive tape is not damaged, wet or tampered with.

  • Any damaged parcels or which do not correspond to the indications must be immediately notified to the courier on delivery, writing “Accepted under protest” on the waybill and then notified to the company within two days as follows:

a) Via email filling in the form in the “Contact us” section of our “Help” section in our website.

Even if the packaging is undamaged, check the products inside within one day from receipt and any problems must be notified to the company as explained above.

Any notifications after the aforesaid terms will not be considered. The customer takes full responsibility for any declarations that he or she issues. Once the courier’s delivery document has been signed, the customer may make no further claims regarding the external state of the delivered products.
